Sparking community connection and collaboration .

About Us

In January 2018, Broad Brook Community Center, Inc. acquired the Broad Brook Grange #151’s historic gathering place, fondly referred to locally as “The Grange.”

Constructed in 1896, the hall is a beloved Guilford fixture, the place where family stories are created and memories are made.

The Renovation

From 2018 to 2022 the building underwent two phases of extensive renovations to make it fully ADA accessible, and usable year round. This included the lifting of the building to put in a full basement, the addition of a new septic system, new ADA accessible bathrooms, a new well and sprinkler system, as well as blown-in insulation, repainting, and the installation of an elevator.
