2018 - 2022

Details

    • Improved entry with new steps and ADA compliant ramp

    • Addition of two ADA accessible bathrooms

    • Made fire safety upgrades including new exterior stairs for second floor egress

    • Start of the first phase of kitchen clean-up

    • Elevator to second floor

    • New well and septic system

    • Complete fire safety upgrades, including sprinkler system

    • Electrical upgrades, plumbing, heating, insulation and thermal window glazing

    • Sanding and refinishing of floors and interior & exterior painting

    • Landscaping and improved parking area

    • building lifted to add a new foundation and basement.

We have been very fortunate to have so many talented local people work on this building renovation!
