Yoga nidra — often called "yogic sleep" — is a deeply restorative guided meditation that carries you to the threshold between waking and sleep. Practiced lying down and accessible to all levels, it requires no prior experience and offers profound benefits: stress relief, improved sleep, and a deep sense of inner calm. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or completely new to yoga, this is a beautiful experience not to be missed.
You'll be guided into a restful, sleep-like state while lying comfortably on the floor, supported by props and blankets. Your props are essential to this practice — the more comfortable you are, the deeper you can go. To make the most of your experience, please bring:

2 blankets
1 bolster or firm pillow
Eye mask (optional, but recommended)
