Join us for a Community Banner-Making Project for the upcoming youth art show, Past Present Future! Community members of all ages are invited to help create three large collaborative banners representing the past, present, and future of our community.
The completed banners will be displayed at the Broad Brook Community Center during the 4th of July Picnic as part of the youth art exhibition opening. The show explores our area as it once was, as it is today, and as we imagine it 250 years from now.
During this session on June 27th, participants can contribute their own creative pieces through collage, painting, drawing, photography, or mixed media, or add directly to the shared murals. Together, we’ll build a collective vision across generations.
All ages and artistic abilities are welcome. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate community history, creativity, and imagination while contributing to a meaningful local art project.
If you or your child would like to participate, please contact Ada Brown at broadbrookcc@gmail.com.
