Join us from 11:30am - 2pm for our second annual 4th of July Picnic featuring delicious food prepared by the Guilford Country Store, served under a big tent on the BBCC lawn, live music by Rachel Bell & Andrew VanNorstrand, bingo, strawberry shortcake, yard games and more! 11:30AM: Guilford Center Meeting House
Reading of the Declaration of Independence
Speech on the 250th anniversary of Paul Revere's midnight ride by Linda Hay
Reading of the poem Paul Revere’s Ride By Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
12 PM: Musical procession from the Meeting House to the Broad Brook Community Center
12 PM - 2 PM: BBQ at the Broad Brook Community Center prepared by the Guilford Country Store
12:30PM - 2PM: Bingo & Strawberry Shortcake in the dining room at the Broad Brook Community Center
12 PM - 2PM: Yard Games at the Guilford Playscape & Crafts and crafts & free popsicles at the Guilford Free Library
Also ongoing music on the porch, a historic flag display in the Meeting House, and a new art show by Guilford Artist Joan Peters!
